The South Madison Community Event Calendar was created to help keep our small towns strong, even as we grow. The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

Pendleton Home Tour 2023

The 2023 Pendleton Home Tour will include FIVE residential homes, as well as display the new Acton Academy building in Downtown Pendleton!
Step into a captivating journey through Pendleton’s diverse architectural styles and rich history. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a curated selection of beautiful homes, each showcasing unique design elements and features.
The tour provides insights into the stories of the homeowners and their dedication to preserving the town’s heritage while adding modern touches for comfortable living. Visitors can expect to be immersed in the ambiance of small-town living, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and friendly neighbors.
Ticket sale proceeds will benefit the Acton Academy At Fall Creek.
Please be sure to check in FIRST at Citizens State Bank (129 S Pendleton Ave) to receive your wristband. Attendees will not be permitted to enter any home without a “Home Tour Ticket Holder Wristband.”
