The South Madison Community Event Calendar was created to help keep our small towns strong, even as we grow. The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

Historic Preservation Commission Open House

Pendleton’s Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) would like to extend a warm invitation to you to attend our first Open House gathering since the adoption of our updated Design Guidelines.
As contractors, realtors, and property owners in the area, we would like to give a brief presentation of what HPC is and what they do to preserve the historic nature and value of Pendleton’s buildings and neighborhoods. We would also greatly appreciate your insight and feedback from your relative area of expertise and how we may incorporate it into our own guidelines. We look forward to seeing you!
