The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

Intertwined II: A Contemporary Fibers Exhibition & Call for Art

Artisans are invited to enter AMOA’s 2nd textile/fiber competition and exhibition. AMOA will exhibit submissions that reflect a wide range of works related to the fiber medium. The goal of the exhibition is to include innovative work rooted in traditional fiber materials, structure, processes, and history, as well as art that explores unexpected relationships between fiber and other creative disciplines. Our judge this year is Carrie Wright.
This competitive exhibit will be showcased alongside Intertwined II: A Contemporary Fibers Exhibit
featuring the work of Martina Celerin, Constance Collins, Anne McKenzie Nicholson, and Daren Redman.
