The South Madison Community Event Calendar was created to help keep our small towns strong, even as we grow. The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

Lapel Community Association Monthly Meeting

Community people meeting together to sponsor, support and improve our town.
We organize and host our town’s most anticipated annual event, the Lapel Village Fair.
Proceeds have benefitted: Installation of 58 street lights on Lapel’s Main Street, American and Bulldog flags and Christmas decorations on the street lights, Donations to: Bulldog Backers, Food Bank, Dolly Parton Imagination Library, Fire Department, Police Department, Veterans Gazebo, Bench at Post Office, Trash bins on Main Street, Flowers along Main Street, Donated clothing to LES clinic, Angel Tree,
Meetings are usually the first Wednesday of the month at Lapel Stony Creek Fire Department. We are dark the months of December, January and February.
