The South Madison Community Event Calendar was created to help keep our small towns strong, even as we grow. The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

Mounds School of Wizardry and Wildlife

Calling all young wizards ages 9 to 13 years old! Pack your truck and prepare to head to Mounds School of Wizardry and Wildlife for a week-long, day experience where you will study herbology, fantastic creatures, Owls, Astronomy, and more. Create your own wand, play Atl-atl Quidditch, and try your hand at mixing potions under the tutelage of School staff. Camp dates are Monday through Friday, June 24 – 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuition is $175 per student. Limited scholarships are generously available through the Friends of Mounds State Park.
