Year 15 of the Open Hearts, Open Purses Women's Giving Circle will be celebrated on this evening. To be a part of the giving, women may donate $100 toward the grant pool, then attend to vote for the top grant recipient. Girls under age 18 may participate as well- their $25 membership is given to the top recipient of junior member votes as girls learn the joy of philanthropy with the special women in their lives.
