Abundance Meal

Markleville East Christian Church 124 E. Main St., Markleville

The Christian Women’s Fellowship (C.W.F.) “Comfort Keepers” of the East Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Markleville (East Indiana 38) will have its monthly God Abundance Meal on Wednesday, Sept. 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the lower fellowship hall of the church.

The menu will be chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, assorted desserts, and drink. (Dine in or take out.)

Teen Game Corner

"The Game Corner" features a friendly video game tournament for teens in grades 6-12. Recent game selections include Nintendo Switch Sports, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, TowerFall, and Rocket League.

Family Game Night

Lapel Branch Library 610 Main St., Lapel

Drop by for an evening of family fun at the Lapel Branch! There will be an assortment of games for all ages available to play. We will have bowling, giant jenga, giant sorry, as well as a variety of other board games and card games for your family to explore. Be sure to check out our early literacy play area and don't miss our group game at 6pm.

Deco Clay Art Class : Sunflower

earn to make a stemmed sunflower from deco clay, which dries in the air, with artist Pam Rowley. The class will be Wednesday, Sept. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Cost for the class is $15 per person with all supplies included.
