The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

Madison County Historical Society 15 West 11th Street, AndersonStephen T. Jackson will present "The Mills & Of Gypsies, Vesuvius, Elephants and Buffalo Bill" a 16 part series based on his book "If the River Could Talk, Stories of the White River in Madison County". This 16 part series is being touted as part of the America 250 Celebration.
Run The Mounds 2024: 5 Mile, 5K Run or Walk
Mounds State Park 4306 Mounds Road, Anderson, IN 46017, AndersonEnjoy a scenic trail run through Mounds State Park, along the river and by the ancient Adena Indian Mounds. You can choose a 5MI run, 5K run, or a 5K walk. A children's fun run will meet at 1:20 PM by the pool house; the fun run will start at 1:30 PM.
