The South Madison Community Event Calendar was created to help keep our small towns strong, even as we grow. The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.
This is a two hour workshop in which participants can carve, paint, or decorate a walking stick. Pre-cut sticks will be provided, as well as, a Mounds State Park hiking medallion and a host of decorative materials. A $20 supply fee includes quality supplies and refreshments.

Out focus is on water safety to help prevent drowning as well as beginning swimming techniques as used in a competitive swimming environment. All lessons are taught at the PHHS pool with a lifeguard on duty. Class cost: $80 Class meets April 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17

"The Game Corner" features a friendly video game tournament for teens in grades 6-12. Recent game selections include Nintendo Switch Sports, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, TowerFall, and Rocket League.
