The South Madison Community Event Calendar was created to help keep our small towns strong, even as we grow. The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

A fun family night is planned for Pendleton Elementary School's community courtesy of the PTO! $3 admission, $3 skate rental
Learn why bats are so important to have around and some of the myths associated with them. Make a bat craft to take home. Meet at the Community Building. 30-minutes.
All are welcome to attend this family event.
Join us for yard games, country music and community connections. The Stable and Ohanalulu will be onsite with burgers and hot dogs, ice cream, beer and wine for purchase. Complimentary parking is available at the Acton Academy located at the corner of Water and Broadway.

Celebrating its 30th season in 2024, the Pendleton Indiana Farmers Market is located in Falls Park along the banks of Fall Creek at the heart of downtown Pendleton. Over sixty vendors set up each Saturday from May to September from 9am to 12:30pm.
Explore local history on display at the free museum next to the Falls. Relax on the porch and strike up a conversation with one of the volunteer docents.
The annual ice cream fundraiser for the Adams-Markleville Fire Protection Territory is scheduled for Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the fire station, 7457 S. 200E, Markleville. Burgers and ice cream will be available. Donations will be accepted. Bring the family out for lots of fun ! More information available on their Facebook page.
