Read Me a Story is a less noisy program with individual play, so it has a TURTLE sensory and activity level: low noise with focused, calm activity.

This program emphasizes the early literacy activities of READ, PLAY, SING, TALK, and WRITE which are essential habits for getting ready to read, as determined by the American Library Association's Every Child Ready to Read program.

Broom Making Workshop

Anderson Symphony Orchestra: Classical Masterworks with wine and chocolate pre-show

Following the Chocolate and Wine Event, join us for the Classical Masterworks concert conducted by Richard Sowers and featuring Sirena Huang, gold medal winner of the 2022 International Violin Competition of Indianapolis and one of the world’s finest young violinists. As our guest artist, she will perform the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto in D Major. The Beethoven Overture to Egmont will begin the concert, and Brahms Symphony No. 1 will round out the evening of classical masterworks.
