The corridors serve as the Town’s front door. This Corridor Overlay District Ordinance provides realistic and pragmatic solutions for property owners and businesses. These regulations are placed over the existing zoning regulations in the Town’s Unified Development Ordinance. Please join us to offer your input on various architectural, landscaping, signage and other standards for these corridor and gateway areas.
