The South Madison Community Event Calendar was created to help keep our small towns strong, even as we grow. The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.
Town Submitted Special Event: Sunday Funday is an event sponsored by the Magication station that provides the community with a casual day of fun and entertainment. This event will have a total of 20-25 vendors and 2 food trucks.
Explore local history on display at the free museum next to the Falls. Relax on the porch and strike up a conversation with one of the volunteer docents.
BIweekly farmers market runs August through October.
Show off your creativity -- make a bracelet or lanyard! Bead Club is a drop in program for ages 9-13 hosted on the third Monday of each month. Snacks provided.

The August “God Abundance Meal” at the Markleville East Christian Church will be Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the lower part of the church.
Menu will be chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, assorted desserts, and drink. Dine in or take out.
