The Community Event Calendar is managed by the South Madison Community Foundation as a tool to support nonprofit and community organizations in their efforts to create a more vibrant and connected community.

Pendleton’s Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) would like to extend a warm invitation to you to attend our first Open House gathering since the adoption of our updated Design Guidelines.
As contractors, realtors, and property owners in the area, we would like to give a brief presentation of what HPC is and what they do to preserve the historic nature and value of Pendleton’s buildings and neighborhoods.
