With more than 20 years as a stand-up comedian, Tom Papa is one of the top comedic voices in the country, finding success as an actor, host, and author in film, TV, radio, and podcasts, as well as live on stage. He has had 5 highly-rated stand-up specials, including his most recent special, What A Day!, on Netflix. Tom recently released his third book, We’re All In This Together…So Make Some Room and is the host of the weekly podcast Breaking Bread with Tom Papa.

We invite you to attend and listen to individuals sharing their stories of life before, within and outside of incarceration.
People returning to our city after being incarcerated face many challenges. They’ll share first-hand stories about their lives inside prison and what it’s like adjusting to life on the outside. Hear the lived experiences of our prison system and learn how you can get involved in the many organizations that provide services both inside and outside of prisons. Let these courageous stories change your perspective and motivate you to act.

Stephen T. Jackson will present "The Birth of Mounds State Park" a 16 part series based on his book "If the River Could Talk, Stories of the White River in Madison County". This 16 part series is being touted as part of the America 250 Celebration.
