Stephen T. Jackson will present "The History of Memorial Day" a 16 part series based on his book "If the River Could Talk, Stories of the White River in Madison County". This 16 part series is being touted as part of the America 250 Celebration.

We organize and host our town’s most anticipated annual event, the Lapel Village Fair.

Proceeds have benefitted: Installation of 58 street lights on Lapel's Main Street, American and Bulldog flags and Christmas decorations on the street lights, Donations to: Bulldog Backers, Food Bank, Dolly Parton Imagination Library, Fire Department, Police Department, Veterans Gazebo, Bench at Post Office, Trash bins on Main Street, Flowers along Main Street, Donated clothing to LES clinic, Angel Tree,

Meetings are usually the first Wednesday of the month at Lapel Stony Creek Fire Department. We are dark the months of December, January and February.
