Pendleton’s Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) would like to extend a warm invitation to you to attend our first Open House gathering since the adoption of our updated Design Guidelines.

As contractors, realtors, and property owners in the area, we would like to give a brief presentation of what HPC is and what they do to preserve the historic nature and value of Pendleton’s buildings and neighborhoods. We would also greatly appreciate your insight and feedback from your relative area of expertise and how we may incorporate it into our own guidelines. We look forward to seeing you!

Workshop cost is $30 per student which includes supply costs for roving for felting and needles for the project. The workshop lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours.
